Dear Brian,
We want to take this opportunity to thank the entire staff of ePIC for the very necessary and invaluable services they provide. Beginning with the first telephone call, always answered promptly by Angela Ratliff, the process for our "stat" and/or "emergency" jobs commence.
We are unable to count the times we have called and said we needed something "yesterday".
All of ePIC's staff, Angela, Terrence, Ron. Claude, Etc., do everything in their power to make it happen. Unbelievably, they get it done.
It is certainly our pleasure and relief to have found an organization that meets our needs....everytime! We will continue to support ePIC and it's incredible staff.

ePIC consistently returns priority assignments under deadline, even if that deadline is one hour. We have had an occasion when the job was literally voluminous and required overtime and weekend shifts of your staff, for which your dedicated associates have promptly delivered.
The quality control you have in place has eliminated our need to expand man hours re-checking documents for accuracy.
Over the years there have been occasions when a trial exhibit was needed on a more urgent basis. ePIC's advanced technology has permitted transmission of assignments via electronic mail, minimizing the inconvenience to us, and our client.
